Karan Seerah reserves the right to change these Terms of Use periodically without prior notice.

The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Karan Seerah.

Request for cancellation of orders once placed on www.karanseerah.com shall be handled on a case to case basis and may be denied in case Karan Seerah deems it necessary to do so.

Karan Seerah reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by Karan Seerah for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.

The User agrees to give accurate, authentic and true information. Karan Seerah reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User at any point of time. If any such User details are found not to be true wholly or partly, Karan Seerah has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the User from using the services of www.karanseerah.com without prior intimation whatsoever.

Karan Seerah will not be liable for any type or kind of credit/debit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on the user. The User must exclusively use his/her own card on the site.

Karan Seerah shall not entertain any complaints, once the order is delivered.

 

Customer Service Policy

Karan Seerah is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available, or we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason whatsoever, we will notify you within 5 business days for instructions to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund, as the case maybe.

 

Care Instructions

If the product is damaged or affected in any way on account of improper, reckless use, disregard of care instructions provided, we assume no liability for the damage or any shortcomings in the make or quality of the product.

 

Measurements/dimensions of products

Measurements/dimensions of the products are approximate only to allow you to understand the approximate size of the product. Therefore, the actual product dimension delivered to you may sometimes slightly vary.

 

Copyright & Intellectual Property

The trademark “Karan Seerah” is a proprietary trademark of Karanveer Singh, used under a permitted license by Karan Seerah.

The website ( www.karanseerah.com ) and all content including text, illustrations and images are created and owned by Karanveer Singh.

Buying an original painting, assumes that you buy the physical object to have and enjoy. You own the artwork, not the copyright to it.

The copyright remains with Karan Seerah unless:

-They specifically signed over their copyright to the buyer.

-The copyright has expired.

Unless one of these circumstances applies, original piece buyer does not automatically acquire the right to reproduce a painting as prints, cards, posters, on clothing, etc, when they purchase a painting – you’re acquiring the right to own and enjoy the item but not the right to reproduce it.

 

Jurisdiction

“This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India.

All disputes are subject to courts of District and session courts Ludhiana only.Ludhiana is a city & is located in the State of Punjab, India.”

 Availability, Product Information, Pricing & Colors

At Karan Seerah, we go out of our way to give you the kind of distinctive merchandise for which our brand “Karan Seerah” is recognized. Please understand that many of our featured items are offered in limited quantities and, because of their limited availability, stock will not and cannot be refreshed. That means once an item is gone, it may be gone for good and not appear on the website again. When an item featured on www.karanseerah.com is no longer in stock, we make every attempt to remove that item from the website in a timely manner. Most www.karanseerah.com products displayed on the website are available while supplies last.

Many of  www.karanseerah.com products are manufactured locally. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, due to monitor discrepancies, we cannot guarantee that your display of color will be accurate.

 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Karan Seerah, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

Although we will make every effort to respond quickly to applicable email messages, Karan Seerah is under no obligation to respond to all pieces of correspondence received through this site, or to maintain your submitted comments in confidence, or to pay compensation of any kind for your comments or submissions.

 

Payment of custom products

For custom products/ artworks or any service offered by Karan Seerah, There should be advanced payment of 50% before starting the project/ painting or artwork. And remaining 50% of the payment should be done after completion of the project work and before it is shipped to customer.

 

Shipping, Cancellations & Returns

 

General Terms:

We strive to deliver products purchased from Karan Seerah in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.

If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges (The Order value is calculated after applying discounts.)

If a part of the order is cancelled, shipping charges will not be refunded

If an order is returned which is delivered to the destination, original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Kindly note that cancellations are subject to our Cancellation and Return Policy.

You will get a tracking link in your inbox as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 24hrs for the status of the shipment to correctly display at the tracking link.

In the event that the delivery address is not easily accessible, delivery time may be in excess of our estimate as aforesaid. For confirmation of delivery address, we or the parcel/courier/logistics service provider may contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you.

We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. Karan Seerah is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors beyond the control of Karan Seerah. We shall endeavor to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.

In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons outside the control of

Karan Seerah, including but not limited to poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, force majeure events as laid out hereinafter, We shall inform you of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by full refund.

 

Return / Refund / Replacement

If you have received a damaged product:

Please do not worry. Drop us a mail at karanveer24.acc@gmail.com with images of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will check and have the product replaced for once. The damaged product has to be dispatched back within 3 days.

Complete address with postal code will be provided to the costumer to ship the product back for return.

Please make sure that the return product is packed well to avoid any further damages in transit. The product should be returned in its original state for the replacement / code to be processed.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

No return / refund / exchange is possible for customised products.

 

Cancellation

Please mail us at karanveer24.acc@gmail.com for cancellation request if your order has not been shipped yet. Custom paintings and artworks can not be refunded or cancelled. The Advanced payment will not be refunded in case customer do not want that artwork. This applies for all the customers.

Orders can be cancelled only if it has not been shipped from our warehouse.

No cancellation is applicable for customised products once the order is placed.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our store for delivery.

Orders from outside of India can not be cancelled once placed.

Once shipped, we will not consider cancellation requests.

If a cancellation request comes up before the product leaves our order-processing centre, we will try to hold the shipment but there is no guarantee that the cancellation request will be honoured.

Refund for the cancelled order

If the payment was by credit/ debit card or net-banking, the money will be refunded to your credit/ debit card or net-banking account, respectively. Typically, refunds are processed between 7- 12 working days.

Please note that we depend on the credit card issuing bank to ensure that the money is refunded to your account. We only control the release of funds from our side. There is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.

 

Cash On Delivery (COD)

Currently we do not offer Cash On Delivery. However work is in progress for making COD available.

 

Currency Transactions

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) & US Dollar (USD) (In case of outside India)
